Biography

I am a champion and enabler of growth mindset - a mindset that has allowed me to put people at the forefront when leading globally diverse teams to deliver impactful results with quality. I have been fortunate enough to lead brilliant teams to deliver groundbreaking projects within the Financial Solutions space at Procter & Gamble. Having worked in 3 different countries, I have gained a vast array of experiences that aid me in being an effective contributor and leader. Applying the engineering mindset, gained while studying Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, I am able to tackle complex, fast paced, and high pressure situations. As my managers and mentors would say, I am one with great empathy - a trait I strive to incorporate in all my dealings to better serve the needs of those around me. I am always open to trying out new things, making new connections, and learning new skills. I enjoy watching Formula 1, going go karting, and rocking climbing. I come from a family of 5 brothers and sisters, three of whom, including myself, are Aggies!
