As a soon-to-be IT graduate, I had the privilege of choosing among several job offers, but I made the decision to join Tata Technologies due to our shared values and goals. My journey with them started as an intern, where I embraced every opportunity to learn and adapt to various departments and projects. From integrating websites with databases to leading a successful team in creating a user experience for a product, I have continuously grown and expanded my skillset. My eagerness to take on new challenges has allowed me to master different software tools and meet the ever-changing business needs. My time at Tata Technologies made me realize the significance of impactful decision-making and its implications on an organization. To acquire the necessary business acumen, I pursued an MBA at Texas A&M University, where I honed my creativity, inclusivity, and passion for technology, enabling me to thrive in the program.
